Subhan brings over 17 years of experience across advertising, branding, digital, design, and public relations, with a career shaped by some of the industry’s leading global networks, including Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA Worldwide, Havas Group, and Omnicom Media Group. His expertise spans creative leadership, brand building, integrated communications, and storytelling, with a strong focus on bringing diverse teams of creatives and designers together to develop distinctive, disruptive, and high-quality work.
As Chief Creative Officer at Nutshell Group, Subhan brings together advertising, design, storytelling, and digital innovation to build brands, shape culture, and create meaningful impact. He is drawn to complex challenges where the path forward is not always defined, thriving in environments that demand curiosity, strategic thinking, and bold creative problem-solving.
From defining the strategic and creative direction of a brand to bringing campaigns to life across platforms, Subhan leads projects from inception to execution, balancing creative ambition with strategic purpose and business impact.
Beyond creative leadership, Subhan brings hands-on expertise across graphic design, concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, video direction and editing, and musical direction. His ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives has enabled him to deliver high-impact presentations and creative work for clients across national and international platforms.
Subhan holds a Master’s degree in Communication Design from the University of Westminster, UK, and remains actively engaged with its alumni community.
As a father of three daughters, Subhan is also a strong advocate for creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces. He has championed gender-balanced teams and helped build collaborative environments where diverse talent can thrive, contributing to stronger teams, better ideas, and improved business outcomes.
